Mount de Chantal Reunion

Seven golden jubilarians who attended the reunion of alumnae of Mount de Chantal Visitation Academy on June 23rd. They came from Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Two other classes had 7 representatives: 1952 and 1967. The total attending - 65.

Mass was celebrated in the Georgetown Visitation chapel by Father John O'Malley, SJ, of Georgetown University;  his mother graduated from Mount de Chantal in 1916.  A special feature of the event was the showing and sale of copies of a recently-completed DVD of the history (1848-2008) of Mount de Chantal.
